At MrDumbldor, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, we’ll make sure the issue is resolved quickly and smoothly.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at hey@mrdumbldor.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
To help us process your request faster, make sure to attach clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s).
Eligible for Return
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product was damaged during transit
- The product has a physical defect
- You received the wrong product
Not Eligible for Return
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
- Items with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Any item not returned in its original condition
Return & Refund Process
- Once we receive your request, we will review the submitted photos and details.
- If your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
- After the returned item is inspected and verified, we will confirm your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
- Approved refunds will be issued in full.
- Replacements or exchanges (if applicable) will be processed within 7 days.
Refund Timeline
Online Payments: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days of approval.
